its been almost a year since ive set up this blog.. it was meant to be a semi pro blog for me to blog about my recipes... but i deciced that im going to turn this into a diary... a diary of my life as a culinarian... and maybe one day, who knows? i might be writting a book just like anthony bourdain? HAHAHA!

Well, as u can see from the first post, im a total noob when it comes to IT and stuff...

This blog is going to be my very first semi-professional blog which is going to include some recipe that i have tried in school/home/workplace.
